It is chaired by Vétoquinol’s CEO, Matthieu Frechin. He is responsible for managing Group operations and is assisted in this task by eight Group Directors. They meet every month. The Executive Committee takes all the necessary steps to ensure that Group strategy is implemented. It is responsible for human resources development.
