Vetoquinol is evolving into an organi- sation which has motivation, a desire to ask questions and re-evaluate the status quo, and the expertise and tools needed to drive transformation, which is effective in supporting the growth of the Group. A CLEARLY DEFINED STRATEGY We want to give our customers the most added value possible, while still making significant headway in terms of our competitiveness. Simplifying our processes and making them visible and understandable will help us to deliver what matters to our customers more quickly and more cost efficiently, with the right level of quality, while still complying with our regulatory obligations. Performance, decisions and actions are managed in the most transparent way possible, at the most operational level possible, where added value is created. We want to foster decision making and the implementation of those decisions on the ground. The linemanagement system With seven industrial sites around the world and support functions spread throughout the Group, Vetoquinol produced 24 million units in 2016. Year after year, each site aims to adapt so that it can become a model of performance in its manufacturing procedures. In this way, each site is equipped to serve the geographi- cal areas in which it is located in the first instance, but is also able to serve the other parts of the world where Vetoquinol has a presence. FOCUS ON INDUSTRIAL PERFORMANCE Strengthened by its people, diverse cultures, organisation structure and technologies, Vetoquinol’s Global Industrial and Quality Division is at the heart of the system. This Division is aiming to become a model of agility, efficiency and operational excellence in the pharmaceutical industry to serve both its internal and external customers. The production sites are compliant with Manufacturing Best Practices. Through its commitment to national and international professional organisations, Vetoquinol anticipates changes in regulation so as to better adapt its production base.
