CSR A SOCIALLY-RESPONSIBLE COMPANY Vetoquinol, a committed group Vetoquinol is conscious of its employees’ satisfaction and motivation levels and regularly measures these parameters with satisfaction surveys across the majority of the Group’s entities. Appropriate action plans then contribute to improving quality of life at work and developing skills within our teams. Vetoquinol is committed to fighting any form of discrimination. The health and safety of our colleagues is a constant focus. The Industrial and Quality Department makes sure that the highest safety standards are applied in all of the laboratory’s entities. For many years now, our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) strategy has been simultaneously based around HSE management best practice and individual responsibility. Results, in terms of accident rates, are closely monitored and demonstrate the effectiveness of the actions introduced. A desire for exemplarity The Vetoquinol Group has developed an exemplary corporate governance that creates a transparent set of principles, processes and controls through which the interests of the board of directors, management and all other stakeholders come together as one. At the end of 2017, Vetoquinol won 3 rd prize in the ‘Corporate Governance Values’ awards as part of the 14 th edition of the Grands Prix Agefi . Similarly, in terms of CorporateSocial Responsibility (CSR), the Vetoquinol Group is regularly recognised for its continuous engagement in this area. For the 6 th year running, Vetoquinol was ranked amongst the top 3 highest performing companies in terms of CSR on the GAIA non-financial ratings index. 13 years listed on the Euronext Paris stock market support the laboratory in underpinning standards of excellence in terms of quality and transparency over financial information. Designed around cross-disciplinary issues, our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach feeds into all of Vetoquinol’s strategic projects and is part of the Group’s global performance management.
