In my mind, the key to our future can be found in the wide range of products and services we provide our customers with. Together, we can help feed the planet sustainably and help all animal owners benefit from life alongside their favourite companions. In line with this vision, our products and services must include over-the-counter (OTC) products and medicines, as well as diagnoses, services and digital tools. One part of this global vision is particularly important: developing partnerships. As a trusted partner, we’ll continue to support our customers in all their everyday challenges. In today’s open, rapidly-changing world, we cannot pretend that we can accomplish everything alone, or that we have all the necessary skills in-house. Our ecosystem is vast and provides many opportunities to develop the best products and solutions, both with and for our customers. Whilst building this vision, we’ve also worked on our company values, and I am happy that they are the product of a collective effort allowing a large number of our colleagues to contribute to their creation.
